Home — four tabs when you book for yourself

Start here

Which one are you?

Whether you get your own login depends on your age. Both routes see the same coaching — the difference is whose account it lives in.

Adult players & older teens

You get your own login

Sign up yourself, join your coach’s academy with their invite link, and run your own schedule.

  • Book and cancel your own sessions
  • Get coach updates and video clips directly
  • See your own attendance and what you owe
  • Connect with teammates to practise outside sessions

Your first two steps. If your coach already added you, the app asks you to claim your profile, then book your first session. Signing up cold instead? It’s find & enroll in a program, then book your first session. Either way it’s two taps and the checklist is done.

Younger players

Your parent holds the account

Everything still gets to you — it just arrives through your mum or dad’s login rather than one of your own.

  • They book your sessions and see your schedule
  • Coach updates and your video clips land in their app
  • Watch them together — that’s the point of the clips
  • Ask them to open Play buddies if you want to practise with a teammate

Nothing for you to set up. The two steps — claiming your profile and booking the first session — happen in their account, usually before you even hear about it.

What’s in it for you

More than a timetable

Your schedule

What’s on, where, and when — so you can plan around it instead of asking in the group chat.

Clips of you playing

Your coach can attach a video to a note. Watching your own forehand is the fastest way to fix it.

Practice guides

Your coach attaches a drill guide to a note — what to practise and the steps to follow between sessions.

Your attendance

A month view of every session you turned up to. Consistency shows up faster than you’d think.

Play buddies

Find teammates from your academy for an extra hit. For under-18s, both parents approve first.

Tournaments

Upcoming events you could enter, pulled from the official listings.

Rolling out

From your coach

The clip, and what to do about it

An update is what your coach wrote plus whatever they attached — a clip from the session, and a practice guide to work through before the next one.

Your videos, your privacy

Only your coach and your family see them

The clips your coach records are coaching material, not content. They stay inside your academy.

  • ✓Nothing is public. There’s no feed, no followers, and no sharing outside your academy.
  • ✓Your coach sets who sees each update — usually just you and your parents.
  • ✓Play buddies needs approval from both sides before under-18s can connect.
  • ✓There’s no chat. You reply on a coach update; nobody can message you out of the blue.

Before you start

Questions players ask first

Do I need my own account?

Only if you’re an adult or an older teen booking for yourself. Younger players are covered by a parent’s account — the coaching is identical, it just lives in their login. If you’re not sure, ask your coach which they’ve set up for you.

Can I book my own sessions?

If you have your own login, yes. If your parent holds the account, they book — and if your coach auto-enrols the roster, you’re in every session already without anyone booking anything.

Can I message my coach?

You can reply to any update they post. There’s no separate chat — that’s deliberate, so nothing gets lost and nobody can message you unprompted.

What happens if I miss a session?

It shows as missed in your attendance, and your coach sees the same thing. Tell them in advance and they can move you or cancel your spot so it doesn’t count against you.

What if I train at more than one academy?

You can browse and enrol in programs from other academies under Academies & coaches. How much of it works end to end depends on how each academy is set up, so check with your coach before you rely on it.

Turn up knowing exactly what you’re working on.

Get your coach’s invite link, and your next session is already waiting for you.
