Getting in
Start from your coach’s invite link if you have one — it connects you to the profile your coach already made for your child, instead of creating a second one.

Before the app can help · ask your coach if you haven’t got oneYour child is already in your coach’s roster, so you’re connecting to a profile that exists rather than starting from scratch. Claim a sibling the same way — one account covers every kid.
Step 1 of the app’s own checklistTheir schedule appears the moment the claim goes through. Book from it, and payments and coach updates follow on their own.
Step 2 — and that’s the checklist doneSteps 2 and 3 are the "Get started" card at the top of your Home screen. It counts them off and disappears once both are done.
Why it actually helps
It’s what happens between sessions. PowrPlay is built around that gap — your coach sends the note, the clip and the drill; you and your child work it at home; the coach sees the result.
Coming next: recurring practice routines, so a week’s drills arrive as a plan rather than one at a time.
Much better shoulder turn today. Keep the contact point out front.
Low-to-high forehand swing for depth and control.

What you get
What’s on this week, where, and at what time — on a calendar you can flick through by month.
Book a session or a whole program. If your coach auto-enrolls the roster, it’s already done for you.
Film a rep at home and upload it for your coach. It arrives as Pending and comes back reviewed, with their comments on it.
See what’s due and mark it sent once you’ve paid your coach. No card is stored and PowrPlay never charges you.
A month-by-month view of who showed up, so you can see the pattern without asking.
Find teammates for a hit outside practice. Both parents approve before anything connects.
How a payment actually goes
No card, no fees, no wondering. You send the money the way you always have, mark it in the app, and your coach confirms — so the balance agrees on both sides.
What this costs you
PowrPlay keeps the record of what’s owed and what’s been paid. The money itself moves between you and your coach exactly as it does today.
Before you start
You can, but ask for the link first if you can. Signing up cold can create a second profile for a child your coach already added, which means your bookings and their roster end up on two different records. The invite link avoids that entirely.
No. You book, pay and read notes for them from your account. Older teens and adult players can have their own login if they want to book for themselves.
One account. Claim each child from the same login and switch between them — schedules, notes and balances stay separate per child.
The way you do now — Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, whatever you and your coach have agreed. PowrPlay shows what’s due; you mark it sent; your coach confirms. Paying by card inside the app is coming later.
Your coach and you. Coach updates are shared per family, and your coach chooses the visibility on each one. Nothing is posted publicly.
Open your coach’s invite link, claim your child, and it’s all in one place.
