Setting up
These aren’t our idea of the order — they’re the checklist that sits at the top of your Home screen until you’ve finished it. Most coaches clear all four in an afternoon.
Name, home location, and a logo. This is the identity families see on every invite, booking and receipt — so it’s worth the two minutes.
Signing up yourself sets your timezone from your browser. If you’re setting the academy up while travelling, check it in Settings before you schedule anything.A program is the offering itself — sport, age group, price (per session or as a pack), group size, session length and location. Not the calendar; that’s the next step.
Now put that program on the calendar — a weekly repeat, a one-off, or an availability window families book slots inside. This is the step that makes sessions exist, and the one most people don’t expect to be separate.
Leave auto-add roster on for your first schedule. With it off, the schedule only holds students you pick by hand — and a brand-new roster looks empty.One link, sent however you already talk to your roster. Families claim their own player and take over booking and payments from there — no data entry ceremony for you.
